Inventory Management Services 

Inventory management is the process of keeping track of all the goods your company has in stock.  If you’re dealing with physical products, inventory management is a central part of your business, and how well you do it will determine your success. We believe it’s more helpful to think of inventory as the sum of all items used in your business that are intended for sale. That means looking at all the bits that go into getting your products made; Raw Materials (product or good, containers, labels, shipping boxes, shipping stickers, etc.), Work-in-progess (Raw Materials already allocated to an existing order), and Finished Goods (Complete products, ready to be shipped or sold) and don't forget the labor that goes into creating the finished good.

   1. Raw materials  — components that can be used to create products

                                    ie. product (liquid, powder, flakes), container, lid, label, shipping box, shipping label, 

   2. Work-in-progress — items in the process of becoming finished products

                                    ie. 'raw materials' already being used for other orders 

   3. Finished goods — products that are completed and ready to be sold

                                    ie. 'raw materials' already being used for other orders 

   4. Labor — time spent to create the 'finished good'

                                    ie. tracking man hours to ensure on time delivery
